Hidrofersa closed during the second quarter of 2016 two important contracts for the supply of frames for oceanographic vessels which will be built at Astilleros Armon (Vigo, Spain).
Hidrofersa will supply for the first contract (Oceanographic and hydrographic ship to Colombia) an A-Frame with a capacity of 12 tons and a lateral frame also with 12 tons of capacity for CTD maneuvers.
The second project is the new vessel fisheries and oceanographic research at the National Institute of Fisheries Research and Development of Argentina (Inidep). Hidrofersa will supply for this vessel the A-Frame with working capacity of 15 tons,a double articulated lateral frame for CTD maneuver with a capacity of 5 Tons and a telescopic boom with a capacity of 1,5 Tons.
With these projects, and after delivery in 2013 of the same equipment for the ship BIPO INAPESCA (National Fisheries Institute of Mexico), Hidrofersa has established itself as a specialist Supplier of this type of equipment.
